Tong Kai Meng 唐皆明

I obtained my engineering degree from NUS and spent the early part of my career in product development in the local industries. While working, I developed a keen interest in real estate and acquired the knowledge to assess properties, whether residential, commercial or industrial, through courses and networking.

I have invested in both local and overseas properties. To pursue my passion and explore new boundaries, I made a switch to the real estate industry in the latter part of my career. Prior to that, I also held licenses in the financial services industry and understand the importance of financial planning for the family.

I am a believer in lifelong learning and have continuously upgraded myself through attending courses and reading. I believe in delivering high service standards by being knowledgeable, professional and customer-centric. Within Realstar Premier Group, my focus is on the landed estates in the Central Region, in District 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 21 & 23.
